Jo Udall FCCA FPMI - EMEA Benefits & GB&I Total Rewards and Pensions Lead, Siemens 

Jo is a senior leader in pensions, benefits, and total rewards with over 25 years of experience. She began her career at EY in Pensions Assurance before moving into pensions management at Telefónica (O2), and since joining Siemens in 2016 has supported all of the company's UK pension arrangements. She now also leads benefits across EMEA and total rewards for the UK and Ireland. 

Siemens' financial wellbeing program is one of the most established in the market and Jo brings a unique practitioner perspective on turning financial education into action to the forum. 

Scott Knowles - Financial Wellbeing and Retirement Strategist

Scott is a senior financial wellbeing and retirement leader with over 20 years of experience. He has led global financial wellbeing, retirement, and employee benefits strategies that helped thousands of employees improve their financial health and prepare for the future. His passion has always been focused on helping organizations create meaningful programs that drive both employee wellbeing and business results.

Scott has served on several U.S. industry client advisory councils including DCIIA's Plan Sponsor Institute, Edelman Financial Engines, and Alight's Wealth Client Advisory. He was awarded a Graduate Certificate in Financial Psychology in 2022.
