Q2. Who is nudge for?

With users in over 50 countries, aged 16 - 92, nudge is for everyone everywhere. nudge is available via a sponsoring organisation for their employees, customers, members or communities.

Q3. Does nudge sell financial products or services?

No. nudge is 100% transparent and free from product or provider bias. This allows nudge to focus exclusively on improving users’ financial skills and knowledge without the conflict of product or service distribution.

Q4. What support is available alongside the web-app?

As a customer of nudge you will be supported with the implementation and launch of the platform. We will meet with you regularly to review engagement with nudge and the financial needs of your people. You can use these insights to inform your wider wellbeing strategy. You will also get access to our online client community so you can share best practice with your peers, get access to resource and use quarterly communication toolkits to help you make the most of your investment.

As a Sponsor, the organisation who funds nudge for your users (employees / customers / members), your relationship with nudge is overseen by a Client Success Manager who uses nudgenomics MI to help you understand and grow user engagement. You can also share ideas, challenges and best practice with other nudge clients through the nudge online client community.

Users - helpline support as well as self-serve tutorials and live and recorded masterclasses help users make the most of nudge.

Q5. How much does nudge cost?

nudge pricing is based on a number of factors including the number of users, the number of countries, your chosen term and the extent to which you want to use nudge for bespoke financial education unique to your organisation.

Q6. What are the next steps if I want to buy nudge?

Get in contact and we’ll discuss your specific requirements and share with you how nudge can support these. We can then provide commercial options and help you build a business case as required.

Technology

Q7. How does nudge work?

The nudge web-app combines proprietary personal finance content, user information and behavioural psychology to provide users with in the moment personalised financial education. nudge provides peace of mind that when something happens in the world of money you need to know about, nudge provides a safe-space to learn about it and take action.

Q8. How does nudge integrate with our other systems?

From a data transfer perspective (so we know who to provide nudge access to), we’ll schedule the automatic transfer of data at an agreed frequency via SFTP, TLS or equivalent.

From a user experience perspective, we can either provide nudge as:

i) A stand-alone service with users accessing it via single sign-on; or

ii) Integrated into your existing technology using web-view or similar technology.

Q9. Can I white label nudge?

Yes. Branding options include:

iv) brand specific to the programme.

Q10. Is the nudge technology provided by a third party?

No, all technology and content is nudge owned.

Q11. How often will my employees / customers receive financial education nudges?

On average, between 10 and 20 times a year but it depends on how much we know about the specific person, how much legislative activity there is and how much you use nudge as a communication tool.

All content is our own created by our in-house team of international editors. This is the only way that we can ensure that it is good enough, consistent and remains unbiased.

Q13. Can I create my own content for the nudge feed and nudges?

Yes. The nudge technology uses data and behavioural psychology to get the right content to the right people at the right time be that our content or your own.

Q14. Is my feed personalised to my employees/customers? Can they see everything?

Yes all of our users experience a personalised feed of posts, articles and stories. But should they care to read something outside of their circumstances, users can choose to see all content.
