nudge appoints Andrew Mulder as People Director

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Mulder as our new People Director. In this newly created role, Mulder will lead on the development of nudge’s people strategy globally.

Over the past two decades Mulder has worked in a series of HR roles within the tech, legal and third sectors, and most recently as Head of People at MVF, an award-winning digital marketing and content business. During his five-year tenure, Mulder led the People Experience function, overseeing engagement, business partnering, reward, benefits, wellbeing, and people operations. During this time, MVF won the Sunday Times 2020 Best Companies to work for (mid-size) and was a finalist for the REBA Best New Wellbeing Strategy award.

Passionate about people development, Mulder is dedicated to helping individuals shape and develop their careers, realize their professional and personal ambitions, and build high-performing teams. Mulder’s keen interest in technology and reward, combined with his membership in the Reward 300 index, further strengthens his ability to drive impactful change and innovation at nudge.
