Education
Q14. Who creates the nudge financial education?
Our global team of in-house personal finance experts research, curate, design, and publish all our in-country financial and benefit education. And as the nudge community grows, so does our team of experts, supporting our clients’ key locations, in their local languages.
This means your people will receive location specific financial education from a trusted source without product or provider bias. Our personal finance experts are locally accredited to give you peace of mind that there is no outsourced translation, and your people will not be given false, conflicting or misleading information.
Q15. How do nudges work?
When there’s something you need to know, or a financial action you ought to take, you’ll get a nudge. Email addresses are the default channel to receive nudges but because we know people like to receive information in different forms, there are multiple channels you can make available for your people. Options include SMS, WhatsApp, and MS Teams.
Q16. How often will my employees receive nudges?
On average, between 10 and 15 times a year but it depends on how much:
- We know about the specific individual
- Legislative activity and economic changes there is in their country
- You use nudge as an education tool on your employee benefits
Q17. Is the feed personalized to my employees? Can they see everything?
Yes, using profile data, geographical location, personal circumstances, market events, and employee-added interests, an individual consumes their education via the highly-intuitive, personalized education 'Me' feed. But should they want to view something outside of their circumstances, individuals can choose to see everything on offer via the ‘Everything’ feed.
Q18. How often is the feed updated?
In the world of personal finance, there are regular updates, announcements and legislative changes that impact people’s finances. Our team of personal finance experts publish new education on these changes every day.
Q19. What tools does nudge include?
Individuals on nudge get access to a range of money management tools and trackers to help them budget, save and track their financial health.
Q20. Can I include company-specific information within the nudge platform?
Yes. Our technology seamlessly integrates with popular employee benefit providers so people can easily see what else is available to them when they learn about a particular topic, from health insurance and retirement plans to wellness programs, and other benefits. You can also segment and promote relevant benefits to the right person, at the right time through trigger-based communications.
