We help you define what success looks like.
nudgenomics (engagement data and analytics)
Your CSM will be your day-to-day point of contact, but we know how busy it can get. Every quarter, we meet with you to align the focus on success measures, share the latest nudgenomics insight, and recommend how you can shape your financial wellbeing strategy with nudge for maximum impact. We will walk you through a summary of your people’s engagement with nudge and their financial health, interests, and needs. In addition, we benchmark your engagement data against our client average, so you can keep a close eye on what’s working, and what’s not.

Community engagement
On-demand money masterclasses
- These 20-minute engaging sessions cover a range of topics like investing, debt and budgeting, and are accessible through the platform 24/7 – so people can learn in their own time and with their loved ones. During the sessions people are signposted to take action on their finances, work through activities and continue their learning on nudge.
Financial wellbeing champion training

The nudge platform combines personal finance education, data and behavioral psychology to provide individuals with in-the-moment, personalized financial education. nudge provides peace of mind that when something happens in the world of money that you need to know about, you have access to a safe-space to learn about it and take action.
Q10. How does nudge integrate with our other systems?
You’ll need to set up the transfer of data at an agreed frequency via SFTP so we know who to provide with access to nudge. From an individual experience perspective, we can provide nudge as:
- A stand-alone service, with your people accessing the platform via single sign-on or with a username and password.
- Integrated into your existing technology, for example through your benefits portal.
Q11. Are there branding options?
Yes. You can include a logo on the platform and in communications. We can also tailor communications and in-platform education to include the name of your company or internal wellbeing/benefit brand, so it’s clear who is providing nudge.
Q12. Is the nudge technology provided by a third party?
No, all technology and education is owned by nudge. nudge is a single, secure global provider.
Q13. Does the nudge platform meet accessibility standards?
Yes. At nudge, we are committed to making impartial financial education accessible to all. Our platform complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA) - the golden standard of web accessibility around the globe, to ensure that nudge can meet everyone's needs.
In partnership with the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), we have optimized the experience for neurodivergent people and those who require screen readers and keyboard accessibility. These improvements make our platform more inclusive for everyone.
Education
Q14. Who creates the nudge financial education?
All the education on the nudge platform is created by our in-house team of international personal finance experts. This way we can ensure that the education we provide is high quality, consistent and 100% impartial – reducing the risk of misinformation.
Q15. How do nudges work?
When there’s something you need to know, or a financial action you ought to take, you’ll get a nudge. Email addresses are the default channel to receive nudges but because we know people like to receive information in different forms, there are multiple channels you can make available for your people. Options include SMS, WhatsApp, MS Teams and Slack.
Q16. How often will my employees receive nudges?
On average, between 10 and 15 times a year but it depends on:
- How much we know about the specific individual
- How much legislative activity there is and
- How much you use nudge as an education tool on your employee benefits
Q17. Is the feed personalized to my employees? Can they see everything?
Yes, all individuals experience a personalized feed of financial education, known as the ‘Me’ feed. But should they want to view something outside of their circumstances, individuals can choose to see everything on offer via the ‘Everything’ feed.
Q18. How often is the feed updated?
In the world of personal finance, there are regular updates, announcements and legislative changes that impact people’s finances. Our team of personal finance experts publish new education on these changes every day.
